During my recent stay at Venus Madrid Norte, I found myself pondering the balance between luxury and value. While the hotel has some appealing characteristics, the experience didn't truly live up to expectations. The room offered free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which were nice, yet overall comfort was lacking. The flat-screen TV was a standard feature, but the soundproofing left much to be desired-trust me, you could hear everything. Housekeeping seemed to miss the mark on thoroughness, requiring a couple of reminders for basic amenities. The welcome drink was a polite gesture, yet it felt a bit superficial against the backdrop of limited dining options. Despite the hotel's charm, I couldn't shake the feeling that the price didn't align with the offerings.
